CKJV Gorgon Project MEI (CB&I Kents Joint Venture) HSSE Admin & Training Coordinator FIFO – 26/9 Roster December 2015 – Current Duties:

• Coordinate and record all reward and recognition schemes and programmers required by the HSSE Department and internal functions.

• Develop and maintain tracking systems as required for hazard ID, Safety, equipment and industry alerts.

• Assist team personnel by carrying out their requests for assistance in order to allow them to continue with their priority duties.

• Compile safety data reports from aforementioned data collection based on Client and Corporate requirements – weekly, monthly, quarterly.

• Incident and Near Miss event data entry into Cintellate & Safeguard system’s. As well as submitting incident daily reports to all HSSE Advisors, Management & Supervision.

• To collate and enter all data from paperwork (I Care’s, Leading Indicators etc.) completed by Management, Supervision and all other Staff and Craft employees in a timely manner.

• Prescription Glasses fittings for all Staff and Craft members post mobilization to Barrow Island. • Assist with the smooth running of the HSSE & Training department by carrying out administrative

functions for team personnel including typing, filing, copying, data entry, multiple email mailbox management.

• Acting as point of contact on site for all Barrow Island Safety and Training queries. • Process all OT request’s and timesheet entries for HSSE Department. • Exposure to INX/ Inflight. • Attending management meetings for site wide updates. • Ordering & monitoring items such as PPE, office stationary and equipment. • Processing employee request forms from site – Training based

& Incident based. • Coordinating site specific training for new starters. • Ensuring all details for relief staff are kept up to date & maintained. • Supporting the HR & Recruiting activities as required, including new starter set up. • Able to multitask across various areas of the project with superior time management skills.
