JAWAID BROSS is one of the biggest garment’s label manufacturing and supplying company in Pakistan,

since 1985, we are providing an excellent services with quality products in very reasonable prices to

identification products such as woven labels, satin/cotton/taffeta printed labels, cotton fabric hang tags,

We have a complete production unit under one roof, our factory covered area is approximately 4000 sq

yards with three flour building, it is located in Karachi, which is the biggest sea port city of Pakistan, we

have a very good team of more than 800 people, they are very dedicated and committed to their work

and responsibilities.

We are Oeko-Tex certified since 2000, our products meet CPSIA and REACH regulations which are free

from all restricted chemicals prohibited in Europe and USA markets.

WOVEN LABELS :

Woven labels are a fantastic first impression to the customer, this can be used to decorate the garment

as well as to use for branding and giving information about garment size, fabric composition, country of

origin, washing care instruction, Brand logo and style etc.

Jawaid Bross Labels Industries have been producing Woven Labels since 1985, offering a large variety of

different weaves, different die cuts shapes that will better convey your brand to the customer. These

include Taffeta Labels, Satin Labels, Damask Labels, Double Satin Labels, Nano Damask Labels, Super

Soft ultra sonic cut, and more.

There are following different finishes are available with us, which will determine its final appearance and

presentation onto the garments :

Ultra Sonic Cut:

We have a facility of ultra sonic cutting machine for ultra soft edge cut which prevent skin from scratch

and irritation, it gives you a softer edge than the normal hot knife finish. This process uses sound waves

to cut the labels therefore there is no visible fusing of the label and the edges look clean and feel softer.

Laser Die Cut:

We have several Laser Die Cut machines for cutting the labels into your desired cuts and shapes, which

gives a wonderful look to decorate the garments, it can either be used in stitching or adhesive way.

Hot Cut:

The ends of these labels are cut with a hot knife which fuses the edges to stop the label from fraying.

End Fold:

The ends of these labels are cut with a hot knife and then the ends are folded back leaving a softer edge.

Mitre Fold or Hanger Fold:

The ends of these labels are cut with a hot knife, and then the ends are folded up at 90 degrees.

Loop Fold:

The ends are cut with a hot knife and the label is then folded in half so the two ends of the label are

sewn into the one point. A good example of this is a label with a logo and washing instruction. Usually

the logo will be on the front and the washing instruction on the other side of the loop.

REAL LEATHER BADGES, AND SYNTHETIC PU/PAPER LEATHER BADGES :

Leather badges or you can say leather labels have been the most popular way to Brand Denim Jeans, Trousers, and even Jackets or Tops. However they can also be used on Bags, Caps, Uniforms and many other items. These labels can be embossed or screen printed with your logo (Brand) which give smart and stylish look of your garments and they are great for stability.

We have a wide range of badges available in real leathers, synthetic leather, paper leather, suede leather in different textures, and thicknesses which gives an amazing stylish look of your fashion with embroidery, embossing, HOT stamping and the ultimate adding a metal piece to really set it off!

Also we have different kinds of HEAVY WASHED and MEDIUM WASHED real leather which gives a classical vintage look when they sewn into garment, we wash and supply these leather badges so there is no need to wash it together with garment heavy wash, this way there will be no chance to reduce or shrink the leather label after washing as it is already washed by us.

We offer these real leather patches as per CPSIA and REACH regulations which are free from all restricted chemicals prohibited in Europe and USA.

HANG TAGS (OFFSET PRINTING):

Hang Tags are most effective way to attract interest and market your garments brands while they are on display, our professionally printed hang tags are an economical brand recognition tool, it is an affordable solution to promote your products, it provides a professional branding image that your business deserves.

Standard Hang Tags are printed on 14pt with a 1/8" drilled hold included. They are Smudge-Proof with a slight gloss finish on the front, however, we offer a variety of hang tags such as different card thickness, different pantone and CMYK process colors, UV finished, different foil stamping, embossing and engraving, matt and glossy laminations, etc.

BAR-CODED PRICE TICKETS, STICKERS, AND LABELS:

Barcodes are effective tools that can be used to address specific, localized problems or integrated into

your organizational-wide information systems.

In apparel business, it prints in different price tickets, hang tags, textile adhesive stickers, carton stickers

and also on labels to control the merchandise and inventory control system to save time and reduce

PRINTED LABELS:

Printed labels look fantastic and, in many cases, are a more economical alternative to other types of

Printed Satin, Printed Cotton and Printed Nylon labels are available and can be printed in a variety of

colors and complex designs. They can be comfortable and feel great against the skin. Great for logo

labels and care instructions and popular on garments like lingerie, t-shirts and baby clothes

SILK SCREEN PRINTING:

Traditionally, production garment decoration has relied on screen printing for printing designs on

garments labels, tags, PU badges, leather badges, etc.

We have a very good strength with latest computerized automatic continues 4 color screen printing

machines that prints 4 colors job in one go, also we have several semi automatic one color silk screen

printing machines that produce very good quality screen printed jobs to meet customer needs and

demands.

POLY BAGS (PP & PE):

Garment poly bags or plastic garment bags, have a variety of uses in many industries. In the apparel and

sewn goods industries, every shirt, blouse, coat, etc. is transported in a poly garment bag. Protect your

garments during shipment with these clear polyethylene bags.

Under same one roof facility, we also have a complete production unit for producing and supplying PP &

PE poly bags that meet quality standard, these poly bags are available in different size and colors.

COTTON/POLYESTER TAPES AND BELTS:

Understanding the growing needs of our clients we produce and supply an exclusive range of cotton niwar/ cotton and polyester tapes, webbings and belts that are used for a variety of applications. We offer these items with OEKO-TEX certified standard with durability, tear and wear resistant that are available in various weaves and sizes.

with latest and high speed machines, we have established all its processing units under one roof starting

right from raw material to finish goods, our entire setup consists of imported machines and they are

made of Switzerland, Taiwan and Korea, our production schedule is reviewed on a daily basis, sample

handle on separate machine in order to not affect regular production schedule, you never have to worry
