• You first need an active AKO account

• If you do not have an AKO account, have your AO sponsor you and establish an AKO account

Requirements for requesting a TN Domain User Account:

• Using a computer logged onto by an active user or using a KEOSK computer

• Log onto http://jfhqtn/default.aspx (Home page)

• Click   User Account Training or Request located on left side of screen

• Follow instructions

• Fax completed and signed copy of the DOIM New User Request Form & Certificate of Training (IA Awareness Training) and the ARMY G3 COMPUTER SECURITY TRAINING (PII)   to the DCSIM office fax at (615) 313-7533.
