■ Machine polishing tools After machining a metal surface on NC machine tools such as machining centers, etc., using tools including ball-end mills, etc. to a specific shape, we achieved a mirror-finish (surface roughness within a Ra 50nm) in one go with one chuck by using a machine polishing tool affixed with a special rubber bonded grind stone (hybrid rubbing). Drawing of irregular-shaped materials with fins is an original technology of Nihon Shinkan. We offer a cost benefits manufacturing method by eliminating post-processes such as inner diameter cutting and grinding.

This is a technology to join aluminum and other metals by a drawing process. It is often used for structural members of vehicles and heat exchangers.

This technology enables us to produce a uniform coated layer on the surface of expanded materials and die-cast materials. Unevenness of the surface is minimized so that the dimension control can be stabilized and corrosion resistance is enhanced.
