Experience an intensive lean management training course including practical hands-on activities, factory visits within Toyota’s supply chain and discussions with senior lean leaders from Japanese industry.

The Japan Kaizen Training week is your opportunity to experience kaizen at its source. You will be trained within a Toyota Group training facility throughout the duration of the week with a mix of theory, practical training and factory visits.
