Continually expanding and growing CPC is now delighted to announce strategic partners
are in place globally to support service and commissioning of its products.
After increased demand from our customers and the end users continual requests to help
with installation and commissioning we have taken these requests on board to be able to
provide manpower to support this.
Our products often call for highly skilled installation and as such our customers rely on the
technical expertise of CPC to provide them with the help needed.
CPC has identified and verified a number of highly competent service companies that can
act as our partner in providing this manpower along with Site Supervision of CPC technical
experts.
All direct quoting and specification will be handled by the sales team in Vienna who will
coordinate the despatch of the sub contracted workforce appropriate for the work required.
This enables one contact for the customer and a seemless transaction managed directly by
CPC from its headquarters.

Do We Refurbish!! The answer is very simple—”Of Course We Do”
Today’s financial restrictions often make it impossible for plants to just replace parts when
they feel like it and often have to make do with what they have got or repair the parts that
are damaged. Quite often we are sent parts to evaluate if they can be repaired and brought
back to specification. Not only that we can often make recommendations for improvement
to help increase the life of the parts and cut back on maintenance spend. But of course the
other advantage of using CPC is you know that if it cannot be repaired we can manufacture
a new part quickly and economically.

CPC delivers 16 identical trim sets to 3 Power Stations in Asia for their HPLP OTC Valves.
Improvements to the design were also implemented to reduce erosion and improve life
expectancy of the trims. The main improvements were:
1. increasing the number of pressure reduction stages in the Disk Stack along with
increased Labyrinths for the low flow condition.
2. Disk stack inlet path increased to help the blocking problems experienced with the
OEM trim.
3. The Plug guiding surface was increased preventing too much medium at high
velocity entering the seat area.
4. The plug had a CrCN (Chromium Carbonitride) coating applied increasing the
surface hardness to more than 2000HV to protect against the erosion seen on the
OEM parts.
5. The seat ring material was upgraded from 410SST to Inconel.
All of the above was presented to the Alstom Technical team who took the decision that
CPC was the right choice to give them the best solution and economical return.
Our Representative CVI Services and Supply PTY Ltd managed the project locally with the
Power Stations and are also contracted to make the installations of the trims during the
upcoming outages,

The demand for the CPC replacement Spray
Water Nozzles has exceeded our wildest
expectations. We originally manufactured
and stocked 20 pieces of each Nozzle size i.e
OP2025, OP2060, OP2815, OP2830,
OP4010, OP4010H, OP4030, OP4030H
OP5610 & OP5630 but current demand has
suggested we have vastly under estimated
our stocking requirements so we are in the
process of increasing this quantity by up to 5
times (depending on size)
In addition soft goods kits for all sizes of
nozzles are in stock and ready for immediate
despatch.
CV 0.74—No problem for CPC
CPC can engineer any severe service trim to meet the customers needs. Here we were
asked to produce 2 Disk Stacks with 10 stages of pressure reduction but only pass 0.74
CV maximum for a spraywater valve. If it is physically possible then CPC can design and
manufacture it. Below is the stack supplied and although it looks like a solid block there
is a single line of inlets that enter the stack passing through the 10 stages required and
giving the required CV.

CPC has a huge amount of soft goods in stock for all CCI & BTG Valves that can
be shipped the same day. We have taken this away from the factory and
installed a warehouse directly in the offices enabling us to process these much
faster.
