Welcome to the Parent Rotation TEAM!!!

Here are some things you should know….

1. Your goal is to assist the permanent every week Sunday School Teachers.

a. Sometimes you are in a room without a SS teacher. This is not always

the case but it does happen. We will have crafts and stories for you to

do and read for that day.

2. Your assigned classroom is based on the needs of that Sunday morning.

3. An email reminder is sent out the week before your scheduled Sunday to

remind you that we are counting on you. Comes from “Planning Center”

a. Please let us know ahead of time if you are going to be out and who

you found as your replacement. If you do not find a replacement or

your replacement does not show on that scheduled Sunday, your

family will be placed on the next week’s schedule.

4. When you check in:

a. Check-in at the tall desk in the younger preschool hallway every time

you are scheduled. Your classroom assignment may not always be the

same.

b. Someone will show you where to go.

c. If you need supplies for your room someone will show you where to get

them.

d. Greet children and parents when they come to the door.

5. We ask that women only change the diapers and take children to the

bathroom.

a. Please change diapers and take children to the bathroom at least

once during your scheduled hour.

6. When parents come to pick up their children:

a. Please check the security tags. Do not release a child to anyone

without checking the tag, EVEN IF YOU KNOW THE PARENT!

b. Do not release children to other children. It must be a parent!

7. Hallway Directors are constantly walking the halls and sticking their head in

the door to check on you.

a. Try not to leave your room for supplies. Ask one of the directors in the

hallway to get it for you. That’s what they are for!!! We are here for

YOU!!!
