Baggage carousel boards

• These static boards are seen over the baggage carousels as

passengers wait for their luggage. These are sold in packages of

two boards. Six-month minimum commitment. $350/month.

Backlit passenger convenience board ads

• There are three different available sizes of backlit ads in the

baggage claim area. Arriving passengers use this board to find

local options for hotels, restaurants and entertainment. Six month-

minimum commitment. Rates range depending on size of ad, $350-

650/month.

Custom interactive exhibits

• These 10’x10’ areas near the airport’s busiest baggage carousels

are available for custom exhibit space. Previous examples:

vehicles, playground/outdoor recreation equipment. Only 1-month

minimum commitment. $1,000/month.

Floor graphics

• Floor graphics are on display for the advertiser’s 2-week time frame

of their choice. Package comes with (4) floor graphics placed in

high traffic areas. Size options: Circle: 5’ in diameter $1,624, or

Rectangle: 8’x4’ for $1,984.

Baggage Claim and Pick Up Area Displays

The average passenger has to wait at least 15 minutes for their

luggage, meaning you have a captivated audience in front of ads for

longer than most media.

Elevator wraps

• The elevator wraps are the most visible advertising displays at the

airport. This location is seen as passengers walk to baggage claim.

There are only two elevator wraps available. One-year minimum

commitment. Awarded to highest bidder (last bid was held in May

2016.)

Vinyl wall wraps

• These hard-to-miss wall vinyls make a big impact on passengers, and

locals picking up family and friends. Limited space available. Six

month-minimum commitment. Rates range from $600-800/month

depending on location.

Revolving door ads

• Our revolving door ads are visitors’ last impression as they leave to

explore Tulsa. There are two options for revolving door ads: exterior

door ads (seen before you enter the door) and interior ads (seen on

the inside panels of the revolving doors.) Six-month minimum

commitment.

Powermat Sponsorship

• The Tulsa Airport has 260 tables that have outlets attached to

each. In addition to a traditional power outlet, these table tops

also have Powermats, allowing passengers with certain smart

phones to charge their devices wirelessly. This sponsorship

package includes vinyl wraps on 65 table tops throughout both

concourses. $800/month. Six month-minimum commitment.

Business Center Sponsorship

• There is one Business Center in each concourse. These quiet

areas have desks and power outlets for passengers to use as

they wait to board their flight. This sponsorship includes a

tension fabric display in the area, and window vinyls wraps for

the entrance.

Concourse Hall Banners

• Thirty-six banners are placed down the connector hall. All

departing passengers pass through this hall after going through

the security check point to get to their gates.

Tension Fabric Displays

• Tension fabric displays are wrinkle-resistant graphics that are

put into frames throughout Concourse A & B. Sizes range from

6’x10’ to 7’x11’. Six month-minimum commitment. All

$800/month.

LCD Monitor Ads

• LCD Monitors are located in the gate areas where passengers

wait to board their plane. Fifteen second or 30 second spots are

available in either static image or video spots. There is no audio

for LCD ads. Advertisers can change art anytime without an

additional fee. Only a one-month minimum commitment. Rates

range from $350-750/month depending on the length of spot

and how many months of advertising purchased.

Wall Wraps

• Vinyl wall wraps are located in our high traffic areas past

security. $1,200/month. Six month-minimum commitment.

Package of Window Wraps

• Advertisers can wrap 4 consecutive window panels in the

Concourse A or B area. Six month-minimum commitment.

$800/month.
