All the concerned, are requested to submit one Revenue bill in the Budget Head"Sale of Prospectus including Admission Forms" with the following documents forreimbursement:

2. Hard copy of the Registration Slip(s).

Bill may be submitted upto 06-05-2015 in the office of the Asstt. Registrar(Admn') R'o' and in case of B.E. (Evening) and Diploma Engineering (Evening), the lastdate of submission of the bill is lg-r0-20i5.
