The Hy~Line+ (HP Series) and Ultra~line (UL Series) range of lobe pumps replace the Hy~Line, Ultima and 24 Series lobe pump offering the combined strengths and experience on one key platform.

Combined strengths and experience on one key platform.Jabsco lobe pumps offer high flow, high pressure capabilities from a positive displacement non contacting rotary lobe pump package. With applications in industry, food, beverage and bio-pharmaceutical processing sectors, Jabsco lobe pumps can be found decanting, transferring, filling, spraying, dosing a wide range of fluids in many varied environments (including ATEX designated zones). Powered by shaft coupled electric motor drives (not provided), the all 316L wetted part construction is supported with the range of sealing principles already in popular use. Those included are packed gland, single and double mechanical seals.The 3A approved Hy~Line+ design (HP series) has all five model sizes from the compact 3 size to the largest 7 size. Discharge pressures up to 15 bar with flows up to 2200 litres per minute and availability in either Bi-wing Scimitar or Tri-Lobe rotors. The 3A and EHEDG approved Ultra~Line design (UL series) employs sizes 4 through 6 with discharge pressures of up to 15 bar. Flows

can reach up to 684 litres per minute and the UL series incorporates bi-wing scimitar rotors. The option of USP Class VI conformity is also available to the UL series.

Modular procurement brings flexibility.Modularity is a key feature to both the Hy~Line+ and Ultra~line series. With today’s market being driven by lead time, flexibility will allow our supply chain to reduce this factor. The HP and UL series lobe pumps are offered in three key modules; Vertical and horizontal foot kits, port kits and the pump module. The pumps stand on stainless steel feet, redesigned for greater stability and improved durability.The pump, when shipped from the factory, is fitted to transportation mounts and without ports. By purchasing your popular ranges of port and foot kits, a single pump module can accommodate up to ninety six different pump variants (including vertical ports and bottom shaft drives).Both the HP and UL series lobe pumps share existing parts. While the proven principle design features are replicated over the seven size ranges. The simplicity of choice on offer ensures a rapid and accurate pump selection. Pump part numbers are designed to reflect and precisely describe the pump; the rotor form, seal choice and any built in optional extras. Moreover pump part numbers provide efficient identification for service and maintenance purposes.
