DURING THE CONGRESS- PRESS CONFERENCES
During the Congress, Berbés Asociados organized a daily press conference with top speakers of each day. They explained the topic of their research in an language understable for lay people and the reporters posed the questions they had.

We performed several press releases (both in Spanish & English) to cover the most newsworthy topics of the Congress. We interviewed and wrote most of them before the event. Each day, we distributed the daily press releases to the Media representatives in Granada and via email to the rest of the Media outlets.

Daily News: Every day, we coordinated the edition of the Daily News. Design an eight page publication, full color, including the most relevant topics. Also, the companies had the chance to buy a space to insert their information there.
As part of our strategy, we created the account @20_ICN and the hashtag #INC20 two months before the event and started to tweet and look for influencing people to follow. We announced our account & hashtag in the congress website, printed program and all over the Palace Congress. Activity increased as the congress approached, reaching maximum interactivity levels over the event days.
