The dynamics of the corporate world throw up challenges requiring different skills and the ability to manage diverse

to support and steer corporates in their varied endeavours.
Our students are ready for the paradigm shift of new, 'responsible management' practices. We extend to you our warm
invitation to embrace them into your organization’s sphere of activities to engage them in meeting the future challenges with

PGDM PGDM PGDM PGDM Message from the
Director-Management
The business school communities are facing pressures from employers who view the existing management education
programmes as arcane; graduate students on the other hand, are yet to fully come to terms with the need for drastic
reinvention of their role from one of entitlement to one of being a useful contributor. The world at large is increasingly
concerned with the disconnect between the curriculum and the skills and techniques needed to be a responsible
professional manager in the real world.
I.T.S known for its philosophy, processes, academic resource and infrastructure facilities, is equipped to establish the connect.
The aim is to provide a blend of contemporary management practices with modern teaching methodology in order to gear
up budding managers to face real-life challenges.
The students at the Institute have undergone rigorous training and have experienced practical exposure in varied fields of
management. The Institute has a dedicated Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) which organizes various industry interfaces
in the form of guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits etc. This networking also assists us in constantly updating our
curriculum and designing industry relevant courses.
Over the last couple of years, I.T.S has been involving its students in an assortment of CSR activities like Blood Donation,
Tree Plantation Campaigns etc to make them understand their responsibility towards society at large. This illustrates that
we not only strive to make our students astute management professionals but also better human beings. I am confident
that our students would be able to contribute significantly to achieve the objectives of your organization. Thus, I take this
opportunity to appeal your esteemed organization to visit our campus for the placement of the XV Batch of our PGDM
students.

PGDM PGDM Recruitment
PartnersIndustry exposure is a round the year activity in I.T.S. A student gets round the year exposure in various industries and the development gets continuously monitored through blended methodologies that help him/her secure successful placement in an organization. All the students enjoy Project Training Opportunities and Final Placements through the Corporate Resource Centre which always remains active in the Institution. The very success of I.T.S stands as a testimony as its students are getting placed in some of the most sought after companies.
A tree can stand tall only when its roots lie deep beneath; our Alumni serve as the roots and help the Institute spread its branches to spread knowledge amongst society at large. The I.T.S Alumni
facilitate an interaction with the corporate world and the Institute; hence I.T.S maintains a web portal for its Alumni. The portal serves as a medium of exchange for their experience and a strong
association is maintained with the Faculty members with information up-dates and chats. Regular meets are organized to strengthen ties with the Institute and their contribution for placement of
students is noteworthy.
