3. DEP-RBLR-00001 is designed with provisions for 4-inch thickness of heat conservation (HC) insulation. The top head insulation is Expanded Perlite (Density= 13 lb/ft3), the bottom head insulation is Mineral Fiber Blanket (Density= 8 lb/ft3), and the shell insulation is Mineral Fiber Semi Rigid Board (Density = 8 lb/ft3 ). The insulation is provided and installed under an insulation subcontract.

4. This equipment is located in an R4 radiation area (Maximum Radiation Area), which is designed to have a target radiation level of less than 25 mrem/hr (Ref. 4, Table 5-1 ). The average contact dose rate is 6.56E+01 rad/hr for an equipment life of 21+ years (Ref. 5, Table 8-1).

5. See Ref. 1 for connecting piping sizes and end connections. 6. Ref. 2 gives the normal and maximum pressures to be 13 psia. This is converted to psig by subtracting 14.35. 7. All properties shown are given for the maximum temperature (sizing case). The shell-side density and viscosity are

provided at the maximum film temperature of 185'F.
