How to differentiate yourself from other brilliant people… You’re smart, talented, and motivated. Not everyone has that combination. Yet your ability to build and maintain relationships throughout your career will catapult your success. In this informative and lively session, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of five core skills every woman can and should master.
In order to overcome her fear of public speaking, she took acting and standup comedy classes. That out-of-the-box and strategic mindset has been a contributing factor to her success. She was even the commencement speaker at MIT Charm School (yes there is such a thing).

A pioneer in social networking, McGraw-Hill commissioned Diane Darling to write the definitive book on networking in 2003 (before Facebook or LinkedIn) called The Networking Survival Guide. It went into a 2nd printing just 90 days after the book hit the shelves.
Collectively her books have been translated into 7 languages.She has taught at Harvard Business School, 20th Century Fox, Cisco Systems, Bank of America, University of Texas Law School to name a few clients.
She has appeared on NBC Nightly News, in The Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Boston Globe. She is a member of the CEO Club. Currently she blogs on LinkedIn.

She has lived in the Philippines, Thailand, Colorado, Indiana, Alabama and now in Boston, MA. Her travels include all seven continents and approximately 60 countries.
Having lived overseas for several years and domestically, in several regions of the USA, Diane has acquired a keen appreciation and awareness of international cultures. She is able to support the complexities of cultural, gender and racial relationships.
