Invoices by Cost Centre Dashboard
Importing the content to your environment
Navigate to the Reports & Analytics area
Navigate to the Catalogarea
Open “Shared Folders”…
… then “Custom” …
… then “Demo Financials”
Click “Unarchive”…
… then “Browse” …
… then select the “Invoices by Cost Centre.catalog” file from
wherever you saved it…
… then click “OK”
Click “OK” again
This will create the “Invoices by Cost Centre” folder
containing the various reports
Next we need to import the dashboard itself. Click the
“Custom/Dashboards” folder
Click “Unarchive”…
… then “Browse” …
… then select the “Invoices by Cost Centre Dashboard.catalog” file from wherever you saved it…
… then click “OK”
Click “OK” again
This will create the “Invoices by Cost Centre” Dashboard.
Open the Dashboard to check it works
The dashboard should look something like this. You might
need to change the default dashboard prompts to suit your
environment (see following slides).

Editing the default dashboard prompt values
The dashboard prompt has some default cost centres based on my environment – you will
need to change them to suit your environment
Navigate to the Catalog
Navigate to the “Shared Folders/Custom/Demo Financials/Invoices by Cost Centre” folder
Locate the “Payables Invoice Prompts” object, then click “Edit”
Click the “Cost CenterCode” row
Click the “Edit” button
Open the “Options” pane
Click the “+” icon, and select the required cost centres
Click OK once you’ve selected the required
values
Do the same for the default cost centre
Click OK
Click Save
