Lot 8 of Steinhatchee Ancient Oaks Unit 3, OR 330, page 7, a subdivision on record inthe Clerk of the Court, Taylor County, Florida as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 135.
Upon which the association asserts this lien. The property is owned by Bobbi Jo Sievers.There remains unpaid the association assessments due:
