• Tip#1 Place attachments at aligner 1 with all Teen Cases• Exception: some anterior extrusion attachments you can

place later once space has been created

• Tip#2 Start/End at the same time

• Tip#3 Make Sure you have created enough space between the teeth before you begin extrusion

• Tip#4 Ask for more extrusion than you want ( 1-2mm)
