Hi, I’m Scott Park.

You hear all sorts of theories about property investment, but one piece of

Here’s how it works - you simply purchase the display home from us now, as

you would purchase a normal investment property, and we will maintain the

home and gardens, and open it as a display home for our clients to view. We

will lease it back from you at very attractive rates (as high as 7%).

It’s similar to owning a standard investment property, except for one big

diference – we’re no ordinary tenants! Display homes are our shop front,

so it’s in our best interest to maintain them immaculately, with regular

professional cleaning, maintenance, and gardening at no cost to you. Once

our lease contract expires, the home is handed over to you without anyone

having actually lived in it, to do as you please.
