The CEE Investment & Green Building Awards & Forum is a one day event dedicated to the evolving investment and sustainable development opportunities that are presenting themselves to the market. The awards event is the only one of its kind with a real focus on the investment market with awards for top investors, investor/developers, bankers, projects and specialized service firms.
Investment awards categories include; Investment Brokerage Team, Investment Asset Management Firm, Investment Broker (Individual), Investment Deal, up to €20 million, €20-50 million, €50+, €100+, Opportunistic Investor, Value Add/Core+ Investor, CORE Investor, Joint Venture Investment of the Year; sector specific: Office, Retail, Warehouse, PPP, Infrastructure, Hotel, Overall Investor of the Year.
With real estate investments looking increasingly attractive across the region, improved sentiment is evident. Investments into CEE are registering substantial increases. Expectations are that investment volumes will reach and exceed previous record volumes, with all of CEE expected to perform strongly.
This means that the economic environment is still favourable for real estate investments. In addition, there are plenty of non-core assets, both existing and planned, which can be a target for more opportunistic players looking for risk adjusted yields. As well as plenty of interesting offers representing all property sectors within primary and secondary locations.
Nominations
Nominations can be made at no cost online; if you wish to make a nomination, please see the award categories below, and make your nomination, at www.CEEInvestmentAwards.com. An independent jury carries out the process of deciding between the nominations for the award categories. The members of the jury are all experienced real estate professionals, and are from every sector of the commercial real estate in the region.
The jury meets to finalise and vote on a short list, from all nominations received. The finalists, who are short listed, have their entries scrutinized and the jury then votes to decide the winners on the night before the gala at a jury dinner held at the InterContinental Hotel. The event auditor, “EY”, audit’s the voting process.
