1. Click the start icon on your computer desktop.
2. Right click on computer

3. When the menu appears, scroll down and selectMap Network Drive.

4. A window will appear with two drop-down menus.Make sure the first window has only a letter and the rest is blank. If not, click the downward arrow and select a letter that is blank.

5. In the folder window, type the shared drive address.
For example:\\disney310\teacher$
6. Then click finish.7. This will directly open the share

From this point, you can create folders just like using your My Documents. You can also create a shortcut to your desktop.

8. To create a shortcut on your desktop, click on Computer. Right click on the share you want on your desktop. When the menu appears, click “Create shortcut”

To save a website in the folder:• Open the website and the shared
drive.• Click on the icon in the address of
the website and drag it to the share folder.

Saving a Document to Your Share• Click “Save As”• Under Computer, choose the
correct shared drive• Select the correct folder• Title your document• Click save.
