R.U.R. is a 1920 science fiction play by the Czech writer Karel Čapek. R.U.R. stands for Rossumovi Univerzální Roboti(Rossum’s Universal Robots)
The word 'robot' was first used to denote fictional humanoid in a 1921 play R.U.R. by the Czech writer, Karel Čapek.

Basically Mr. William Grey Walter was a neuro-physiologist.
Electronics evolved into the driving force of development with the advent of the first electronic autonomous robots created by William Grey Walter in Bristol, England in 1948.

Robotic Law (Is it really a Law?)
What are three Laws of Robot? The Answer is …….. The Three Laws, quoted as being from the "Handbook of Robotics, 56th Edition, 2058 A.D.", are: 1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction,
allow a human being to come to harm. 2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws. Who wrote this ? & on which basis ……

Robotic Law (Is it really a Law?)
So, as I think …. Technically there is no LAW for Robotic. Mr. Isaac Asimov had written these law only for fiction as he was a writer.
