Cash-free payment
The entire payment process (Including reimbursements) is handled securely
online after a task is complete. There is no need for cash to change hands.
Service fee
20% of service fee on each task goes to Helping Crew to support our members and maintain our
community healthy.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your task online or by calling our Service team. if you cancel at the point when 48 hours or more is left
till the initiation of our service, you will be fully refunded.
