Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time (Not
Mandatory).
Submission of the Organizations Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10
days of joining the organization. (FOLLOW THIS STRICTLY)
Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor.
Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor.
Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor.
Submission of Final Report

Two types of Internship Reports (Discuss with your
academic and organizational supervisor on which format
you should or want to work on).
Internship Affiliation Report
Internship Research Report
The proposal and report format must be followed forthe specific type of report.

Some Important Dates:Rsum : By 15thApril 2014 (Revised)
Topic Selection : By 15thJune 2014
Proposal : By 25thJune 2014
First Draft : 17thJuly 2014
Final Report : 30thJuly 2014
If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA
under notification to the students.
