2. Elective Credits

• 9-12 credits• Any course with a

significant international focus (see list)

• At least six credits must come from outside of student’s primary major

3. Language Requirements

• Proficiency equivalent to two years of college language study.– Example: 4 years

high school

• Must be completed before you study abroad.

4. Integrative Senior Project

• Prior to studying abroad:– students propose a project

that integrates their primary major with their experience abroad.

• Complete project upon return

• Ten weeks spent abroad on a pre-approved experience
