Passport Study Permit/PR Card Acceptance Letter Official English Test Result (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC)

*Test result must be valid and less than 2 years old, and MUST be submitted on the 1st day

Day 1 – Wednesday, August 28, 2019

Check in and welcome 9:30 to 10 a.m. @K224

Registration and student card 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. @K224 and K226

Lunch - 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. @Cafeteria

Placement test 12:30 to 2 p.m. *Test information will be given at the time of registration in the morning*The test is mandatory IF official language scores are not provided at the time of registration

Day 2 – Thursday, August 29, 2019

Registration and Check in 9:30 to 10 a.m. @ Outside of Athletic Centre

Orientation cheers (with GCSA and FYE) 10 to 10:30 a.m. @ Alumni Hall K229

Welcome speech 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. @ Alumni Hall K229

International student first year information 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Lunch 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. @ Athletic Centre and The Last Class

Student Social – Make new friends! 1:15 to 2:30 p.m.

Campus tour starting at 1:15 p.m. @ outside the athletic centre
