• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way.

• Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated with germs like the flu.

• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

PREP YOUR YARD FOR SPRINGHere are some tips to help you keep your grass alive and to prevent extra work in the spring. It is true; grass is less active in the winter and may even become dormant due to harsh weather conditions. If grass is left too long in winter it can become perfect homes to small rodents who burrow and build nests on it which will create dead spots. Pick up leaves, branches, yard waste containers, lawn equipment, etc. off of the grass because if left for long periods of time it can kill the grass underneath causing more damage than the cold weather itself. Shoveling walkways and keeping them clear of ice will prevent the urge to walk on your snow covered grass; this will reduce heavy foot traffic. Compacted dirt and soil on your lawn will damage and smother the grass. If there is a need to keep where you shoveled clear of snow and ice, then sprinkle a “snow and ice melt” product in that area while still being careful not to get it on the grass. (Using sand will be less damaging if it does touch your lawn.)

BAKED MAC & CHEESE Add this delicious Baked Mac & Cheese to your next home-cooked meal. This recipe requires no experience with cooking and is extremely easy to make. Be sure to try this easy Baked Mac & Cheese recipe today!

Ingredients:16 oz Elbow Macaroni (about 3 cups)5 Tbsp. Butter2 cups Whole Milk2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream1/3 cup All purpose flour1 lb Cubed Velveeta Cheese (½ cubes)8 oz Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese8 oz Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese2 tsp Kosher Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Hacomat Seasoning (optional)2 cups Bread Crumbs

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions; set aside in a large saucepan with melted butter. 3. Add flour, mixed with salt, pepper and hacomat, using a whisk to blend it together well. Put the blended flour mixture in a large stovetop pan.4. Pour milk and cream in gradually; stirring constantly. 5. Bring to boiling point and boil for 2 minutes (stirring constantly).6. Reduce heat and cook (stirring constantly) for 10 minutes.7. Add shredded cheddar little by little and velveeta and simmer for additional 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. 8. Turn off heat. Add macaroni to the saucepan and toss to coat with the cheese sauce. 9. Transfer macaroni to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 10. Bake 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
