It is not intended to be a binding contract between us, but rather an understanding of the assets being offered for sale, ownership, along with preliminary discussions of the issues we discussed in our last meeting.

RE: LETTER OF INTENT TO SELL

Dear Mr. Dela Rosa,

I, along with my mother and siblings, are owners of a parcel of land (Lot 20-Q-8 of the Subd. Plan (LRC) PSD-27128, being a portion of lot 20-A (LRC) PSD-16526, LRC (GLRO) Record No. 5976), registered under TCT 004-2011006704. This parcel of land is situated in Banlat, Quezon City and is presently occupied by informal settlers who are willing to purchase the said land through the UPAO’s Community Mortgage Program (CMP). This parcel of land is named under the following:

RIZALINA TUAZON DOMINGO, widow, of legal age, with residence and postal address at 32 Ofelia St., Bahay Toro, Quezon City;

ROSE-ANN DOMINGO ARCEGA, married to Jerome O. Arcega, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Blk. 10 Lot 8 Maja St., Canacao Homes 2, San Juan II, Noveleta, Cavite;

RUTH JESSICA DOMINGO LARA, married to Arturo Eugenio B. Lara, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Taal Residence, Mulberry Vill., Poblacion, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon;

RAMON MANUEL ROXAS DOMINGO, single, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Unit 3 Permaline Townhomes, No. 46-A Melchor St., Loyola Heights, Quezon City;

FRANCIS ROY ROXAS DOMINGO, single, a minor, represented by his mother and guardian ELENA MARI GINIA ROXAS DOMINGO, with residence and postal address at Unit 3 Permaline Townhomes, No. 46-A Melchor St., Loyola, Quezon City; and

NORABEL ROWENA DOMINGO DE LEON, married to Dr. Dominador P. San Andres, Jr., likewise of legal age, with postal address at 27-A Don Victorino St., Don Antonio Heights, Quezon City.

This letter serves as a formal notice of our intention to sell such parcel of land through the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Urban Poor Affairs Office of Quezon City. This Letter of Intent shall not be binding. We will prepare a draft Agreement for your review upon receipt of a signed original of this letter. Please indicate your acceptance and agreement of the foregoing by dating, executing, and returning to us the enclosed duplicate copy of this letter.

Attached are the other documents as required by the UPAO’s Community Mortgage Program:

Certified true copy of TCT 004-2011006704,

Tocation plan,

Tax declaration, Tax receipt, and Tax clearance.

For your reference, attached also is a copy of the special power of attorney which was executed in my favour by the title holders to sell, offer for sale, and to come to an agreement as to the purchase price of the said property.
