Long term goals (5 years)• Facilitation of more Science Fairs at provincial level (1 per year)

• Increase the number of students participating in Science Fairs

• Institutionalization of science fairs by local governments

• Development and socialization of inquiry-based learning among

science teachers

Short term goals (1-2 years)• Increase the number of affiliated Fairs (2 by 2014)

• Establish IDEA = Indonesian Educator Academy (2013)

Objectives

• Conduct 4 workshops on STEM teaching (IDEA) and inquiry-based learning, 400 participants annually

• Increase the number of teachers conducting science projects by 10% annually (2,000 to 4,000 teachers by 2018)

• Increase the number of schools participating in science fairs by 10% annually (1500 to 3,000 by 2018)

• Increase the number of students participating in Science Fairs by 10% annually (25,000 students by 2018)

• Create new Science Fairs (one every 3 year) • Increase the number of Affiliated Fairs (3 by 2016)
