Why is a new way of thinking

required?

“Creativity is the most important leadership quality according to CEOs”.

“Today’s complexity is only expected to rise and more than half of CEOs doubt their ability to manage it”.

“Better performers manage complexity on behalf of their organizations, customers and partners”.

Are there models to support

integrative thinking?

“In the conventional methods and technologies, problems are analyzed and simplistic ideas and solutions are chucked into project plans with many independent parts that are poorly coordinated.Tom Debevoise, author of Buisiness Process Management

“The question is: are there methods and tools avaliable to help people master integrative thinking and reduce the ever increasing work complexity combined with compressing of time frames?”http://issuu.com/humantific/docs/humantificthinkingmadevisible

What makes Scientrix a powerful

integrative approach?

Salience: More features of the problem are highlighted

Scientrix identifies the dimensions and variables relevant for an

problem and then organizes them through the matrix structure. By

combining these dimensions, the matrix structure enables one view

multitude of models and options are generated to solve the problem

Through the matrix structure

Causality: Multi – dimensional and non – linear causality considered.

The Scientrix matrix structure embeds cause – effective relationships.

The matrix framework helps to deal with the relationships between

multiuple dimensions without having to struggle with complexity.

What makes Scientrix a powerful

integrative approach?

Architecture: Visualize the whole whilst working on the parts.

Scientrix’s technology provides a powerful way to keep the parts of

the solution together via alignment and cascading capabilities in one

place

Resolution: Search for creative resolution of tensions.

Every intersect in the Scientrix matrix requires a creative resolution of

communication between the dimensions of the matrix.
