Lisboa V. Tejo is different from the other regions, althoughsimilar to Norte in some aspects

Norte is associated with a lower level of education and laborlaw suits


Lisboa V. Tejo is associated with a higher level of education,a higher level of criminality and lawsuits in general (size),pending civil suits in particular

Norte is different from the others although nearer thanLisboa V. Tejo to the rest of the regions

MAIN CONCLUSIONS:

Madeira and Açores are near Norte and Lisboa V. Tejo inwhat concerns the demographic variables and householdspending and income

Norte and Lisboa V. Tejo are similar in what concerns themortality rate (lower), birth rate (higher), natural increaserate (higher), migration rate (lower), household spending(high), household income (higher) and are both moreassociated with presumed narcotic dealers and presumednarcotic consumers (and less presumed narcoticconsumers-dealers)


Algarve is near Lisboa V. Tejo and Norte in what concerns 2types of crime: emission of bounced cheques and crimesagainst private property
