Integrated Services to

Communities

A holistic approach to reach underserved communities in the interior of Africa, with literacy, education,

training, capacity building and economic opportunities.Pan-African Education

• OTHERS with a more limited focus are already doing this in some areas:

• Education Departments (lack funds to supply the need of each community)

• Commercial enterprises (depend on the customers ability to pay)

• NGO´s (excellent programs suffer from interruptions in funds)

• Tuition based schools (most students are from able families, leave out most)

• But all these suffer from the same fault, they only reach communities that can ALREADY PAY their way. What is needed is a comprehensive program that will take truly disadvantages communities and work with them to lift them into lively communities. Then they will be able to support the services offered to them.

Zambia

• In 2007-2009 we had advanced to the point that the service described here had strong interest from certain government quarters.

• Once Zambia is started along these lines, other surrounding countries from the same language family, can join-in on centralized resource sharing and accountability, delivery methods and interventions.

• During this period technology companies had expressed strong interest in partnering with government and had developed the education management systems needed. Since then, there have been more improvements in technology.

People Groups and Urban Schools

• Once certain language groups are onboard and well funcitioning; the system can continue to expand into other people groups.

• The same systems used to reach truly disadvantaged communities will be used by schools systems in urban settings, to provide education and training.

• The best way to protect the investments made in such a system is to continue to expand it, making more communities connected and able to buy the protections afforded a combined purchasing power.

Achieving Sustainability

• As communities develop, they will take a growing share of the cost of services to the point of paying for it themselves.

• Shared costs and savings, from the envisioned system makes it possible to continue to expand to more communities.

• Governments will see the benefit of cost reductions and also participate in financial support.

• Communities will enter new economic realities that will makes them sustainable, educated and participatory at all levels of society. Pan-African

How will you benefit?

• At a time of tight fiscal budgets in most countries of the world, this kind of intervention will help developed economies; as they will have more willing customers able to afford the purchases they need. Be it equipment, services or products, that all developing countries need.

• Economically empowered and/or educated communities will be more stable and socially responsible communities.

• Livelyhoods and culture protected by their own means also benefit you. Pan-African

What is needed today?

• Office space and financial support to find suitable partners.

• Financial support for a pilot Project in a limited number of communities.

• Legal and diplomatic support to approach more governments in Africa.

• Expertise to detail (once more) the equipment needed locally.
