Case Study: Global Cisco UC Implementation

The Problem• Global Agrochemical company wishing to extend commercial benefits of global WAN

contract to partner’s new UC service• A global telecommunications provider committed to a customer UC transformation• Cisco UC solution required at 140 sites across 40 countries

The Solution• Develop a detailed understanding of the end-user’s commercial requirements• Provide a unique commercial model for transformation and subsequent routine onsite

hardware moves, adds and changes (physical). • The model slots into the partners own contracts to ensure transparency while Intact

provides all on site engineering and project management

The Result• Intact integrated a break fix maintenance strategy into the existing support model. • Now the gold standard for the customer in terms of ‘on time, in budget, on expectation’ for

the provision of Cisco UC on a global basis.  • In addition, the model has been adapted to meet specific requirements of different vertical

markets (for example the compliance and regulatory requirements in the global pharmaceutical sector)

• Enables operational efficiencies, incremental revenue streams and revenue protection strategies for the partner
