1. Hand-grip Strength

< Instructions >

① .Stand up with your feet shoulder-length apart and arms dropped.

② .With the dynamometer facing outwards, grab it with your second knuckles.

③ 15 .Keep your arm straight and angle it at 15 degrees against your body.

④ 2∼

3 . At the instructor's signal, pull it as hard as you can for 2-3 seconds.

⑤ 1 .Repeat the process with the other hand.

< Attention >

.Only use your hand-grip strength. Do not bend your arm or other parts of your body .

. Avoid shaking the dynamometer or making contact with other parts of your body.

2. Back Muscle Strength

< Instructions >

① 15cm .Stand on the lifting dynamometer with your feet about 15cm apart.

○2 30 .Straighten your knees and arms with your upper body leaning about 30 degrees whileholding the bar.

③ 10cm .Make sure to pull it to 10cm above your knees.

④ 3 .

At the instructor's signal, pull it as hard as you can for 3 seconds. ○5 1 .

Perform these steps once.

< Attention > .

Make sure that your back is straight when you pull in order to prevent injury.

Pull it straight up so you do not lose your balance.
