Instructions for Lab record preparationEvery student should carry one observation copy and record file.During his/her regular lab time, his/her performance will be evaluated by the concerned faculty in the observation copy and in the subsequent week lab record will be evaluated. Lab record sheets should be of one side ruled and one side unruled. Sheets should be of uniform thickness and are of same dimensions. Unruled side should be with margin in all sides duly drawn by pencil. (Left, top & bottom margin : 1 cm & Right margin : 1.5 cm) All Flow Charts, Object Diagrams etc should be drawn with pencil on the blank side.Following illustrates the example of record of experiments (to maintain the uniformity in lab manual)In case of Computer related subjects(programming subjects) Following are to be written by the student in the ruled side of the worksheet of lab record file.Experiment No:Objective of the experimentTheoryAlgorithmFollowingly, he will enclose the printout of the program and output of the program executed. The original program will be duly verified by concerned faculty during the lab schedule and record file evaluation will be done in the subsequent week.From First experiment onwards, students should get the signature in both regaular experiment along with index also (incorporating due grade in index sheet).Evaluation by faculty should be with red pen only.

All the record files should be book binded at the end of the semester with same colour to all students.1.
