Don't shoot unless absolutely sure of yourtarget and what is beyond it.

Never cross a fence, climb a tree or jump aditch with a loaded gun.

Never load or carry a loaded gun until youare ready to use it.

Watch your muzzle so the other fellowdoesn't have to.

Keep guns and ammunition separately andin locked storage.

Know the range of your gun.

Always wear eye and ear protection whenshooting.

Always be sure the barrel is clear ofobstructions, and only carry ammunitionspecifically intended for the gun you areusing.

Do not alter or modify your gun.

Have gun checked regularly by acompetent gunsmith.

Your shotgun is supplied in an individual carton, assembled and ready to use, as shown in (Fig 1).

When the button is pushed from the right side of the receiver, protruding to t he left side, you will see a redcircle on the safety button indicating the safety isoff and the shotgun is in an unsafe condition, ready tofire if the trigger is pulled. (Fig 6)

Your shotgun is equipped with a manual trigger blocksafety button located in the trigger guard, just behindthe trigger.

When the button is pushed from the left side of thereceiver, protruding to the right side, the trigger is blocked and the safety is on as shown in (Fig 5). (Thedirections are opposite for left hand shotguns.)

The shotgun can be fired with the stock in foldedposition. The folded stock makes carriying easier.(Fig 4)

Fold the stock over the top of the stock pad in ahorizontal position to the shotguns as shown in(Fig 3) (changing the position from a to b). Whenyou want to unfold the stock, first change thestock pad position b to a. If the stock pad is notin position a then the button can not be worked.Next push the stock button and unfold the stockto the extended position. See that button islocked.

The manual safety of your shotgun should alwaysbe on except for when you are ready to pull thetrigger and fire the shotgun. This will help insurethat no accidental discharges take place. Youshould only have the safety off, and be able to seethe red line on the left side of the receiver, whenyou are ready to shoot. (The directions areopposite for left hand shotguns.)

Now that are the familiar with the operation of the safety, you are ready to load the gun.

Do not load your shotgun until you are ready touse it and unload it immediately after you havefinished shooting.Always carry your shotgun withthe safety engaged. The user of this shotgun, andall firearms, should never depend on the manualsafety, or any other mechanical device, to makea firearm completely safe.It is your responsibilityto always keep the muzzle of your firearm pointed in a safe direction.

Remove the gas piston (Fig 15)

You can remove the bolt handle by moving the action bar rearward under spring tension with yourleft hand, until the bolt moves enough for you toalign it with the cutout hole in the bolt that receivesthe handle. At this point, the bolt handle can be freely removed from the bolt. (Fig 16) Rememberthat the bolt is still under tension from the spring.

The system that operates your semi-auto will firethe cartridge in the chamber, eject the fired caseand load the next cartridge into the chamber, eachtime that you pull the trigger.Be prepared to eitherfire your next shot or engage the safety in the ONposition after firing.

The trigger group may be removed from thereceiver for further cleaning of the receiver andtrigger group. It is recommended that a thoroughcleaning be performed every 300 rounds.

To remove the trigger group, first remove the twotrigger group retaining pins by using a punch todrive the pins out of the receiver. (Fig 21)

DIRECTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY

Take stock receiver assembly. Insert magazinespring, magazine capacity plug ( if necessary )and magazine spring retainer following the instructions in dissassembly section.

Install trigger assemly to receiver. Becarefulhammer is cocked. Insert trigger plate pins.

Install action spring around magazine tube.Install breech bolt onto action bar. Assemble action bar and action bar sleeve and piston around magazine tube referring figures 15 - 25

While holding the bolt handle with your righthand, carefully align the barrel with the receiver and the end of the magazine tube, as shown in (Fig 28) and begin to pull back on the bolt handleas you insert the barrel into the receiver.

Continue pulling the bolt handle back while inserting the barrel until the bolt is in its rearlocked position and the barrel is completelyseated in the receiver. The barrel should mate tothe receiver at this point in the assembly as shown in (Fig 29)

Slide the forend over the magazine tube assemblyas shown in (Fig 30), bringing it to rest against thereceiver.

Once the retaining pins are removed, the entiretrigger group can be removed from the receiver bypulling down on the trigger guard. (Fig 22)

No further disassembly of the trigger group isrecommended for anyone other than a trainedgunsmith.

MAGAZINE CAPACITY PLUG

Your shotgun is supplied with a plug to limit the capacity of cartridges in the magazine tube. Your country's regulations may not require thisplug to be used so it may be removed.

When the barrel has been removed from the shotgun, insert a large bladed screwdriver intothe hole in the magazine spring retainer.(Fig 24)

While pushing down on the spring retainer withthe screwdriver, and rotating in a clockwise direction approximately 1/4 turn, the retainerwill move to a position where the cutout in theretainer will align with a detent in the magazinetube, enabling the retainer to come out of themagazine tube. Be very careful at this point, asthe retainer is holding a spring inside of the magazine tube and the spring is under tension.

Note: Your shotgun has now been completely disassembled. No further disassembly of yourshotgun is necessary for routine maintenanceand cleaning. Our service department or acompetent gunsmith should only perform any further disassembly.

An exploded view of the disassembled shotgunis shown in (Fig 26)

Note: Photographs shown in this manual may not be from the exact model that you have butthe instructions will apply to the model you have.

Slowly pull back on the screwdriver to allow themagazine spring to push the retainer andcapacity plug out of the magazine tube.(Fig 25)

Remove the plastic plug from the tube and reassemble the retainer plug back into the magazine tube. Be careful, as the spring will beunder tension. Align the cutout in the retainerplug with the detent on the end of the magazinetube, push the plug into the tube and rotate it incounter clockwise direction approximately ¼ turn, and slowly allow the retainer to return to itsstop. This will lock the retainer plug firmly in themagazine tube.

Reattach the magazine cap to the magazine tubeby rotating it in a clockwise direction until it isfirmly screwed down against the forend as shownin (Fig 32)

There are two small tabs in the forend that will align with the small cutout in the front end of thereceiver. The forend is in its proper position whenit is seated completely against and around the receiver as shown in (Fig 31)

The shotgun is now completely assembled. To close the bolt/action, depress the action releasebutton as shown in (Fig 33). Check, to be sure nofingers or other objects are located near the boltas it closes. Put the safety in the “ON" position!(Fig 34)
