Introduction
CJM Asset Management is proud to have been appointed by Toyota
Manufacturing (UK) Ltd. to market and sell the Steam Raising Boiler
Plant at the flagship Burnaston Car Assembly Facility.
The Boiler Plant appears to be in excellent condition and has been main-
tained and modernised to the highest standard expected from a world
class company such as Toyota. It was originally installed to provide
steam for the Paint Shop, but due to a change in technology the steam
is no longer required and the Boiler Plant is surplus to ongoing opera-
tional needs.
Technical Specification
The Boiler Plant is offered for sale as a whole and includes 2 x
25,000kg/hr and 1 x 10,000kg/hr Multi-Fuel Boilers a 25,000kg/hr Shell,
all Local & Master Controls, Economiser, Hot Well, Pumps, Pipework,
Valves, Walkway, Spares and drawings. It was originally installed in 1991
but has been substantially modernised and improved over the years, with
touch screen Master & Local Controls, LoNox Burners, etc. The smaller
boiler is now capable of unmanned operation and all 3 servicable boilers
recently received their GN4 5 year insurance certification. Boiler details

The Boiler Plant is offered for sale as a whole on an 'as is where is'basis with no warranty or guarantee save as to good title. TheSeller will be responsible for disconnecting the plant from all mainsservices and for the removal of any hazardous/toxic material in, on,or associated with the plant. The Buyer will be responsible for dis-mantling & removal of the Boiler Plant and the contractors appoint-ed must be able to demonstrate a successful track record and com-prehensive understanding of UK Health & Safety Legislation andmust be approved by Toyota Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd. whosedecision will be final. CJM will be pleased to assist potential buyersin the appointment of a suitable dismantling contractor.
