A. The institute has dual feedback mechanism for
student’s feedback on institutional governance and
faculty performance. Students can give their
suggestions in the suggestion box and they are also
provided with student feedback form in each semester
for their feedback on faculties taking their classes.

11. Grievance redressal mechanism
for faculty, staff and students
A. The Institute has constituted Grievance Handling Cell
for faculty and staff under Mr. Devendra Kr. Tripathi
Administrative Officer & Dr. Prafulla Ranjan who are
member of GHC. Any grievance of faculty and staff are
accepted both in writing as well as oral. The redressal
is done at the earliest possible.
B. In accordance with the notification of AICTE, dated
01/07/2009, an Anti-Ragging Committee has been
constituted for the prevention and prohibition of
ragging.
C. In accordance with the notification of AICTE, dated
01/07/2009, an Anti-Ragging Squad, for maintaining
vigil overnight and patrolling function to curb ragging
in the institute, has been constituted.
D. Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Director of the institute, has been
appointed as Ombudsman.

workshops, guest lectures and personality development

Consultancy Activities The institute has a full fledged cell which conducts MDPs for
various industries, banks and other govt. departments. The
institute also provides customized programmes for various
organizations as per the requirement. Faculty Development
Programmes are conducted for training of in-house faculty as
well as faculties of other institutes.
