The warranty is valid only if you fill the form and sent it back to Agrital within 15 days from

the date of purchase. The form may be sent by e-mail or by fax.

The warranty is valid for 12 months for defective parts, Agrital doesn’t recognize the

warranty for breakage caused by improper use, normal wear or damage from the user.

For air conditioning system, please fill also the manufacturer’s warranty

The customer confirm to have received the owner’s manual and the maintenance manual. He

has been properly informed by the dealer on the correct use of the cabin. For the use of any

personal protective equipment the user must follow the directions of his person in charge for

the safety at work.

The dealer confirms that he has installed the cab in according to instruction provided by the

manufacturer, in order that the SAE-OECD approval is valid.

MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Dear Customer,

We thank you for choosing an Agrital cab!

Here’s a reference guide for the most common maintenance operation you’ll be performing to maintain your

new cab efficient and in good state.

CLEANING

To clean the interior, we suggest to remove the carpets and clean the separately, in order not to leave them

wet. The fixed linings can be cleaned with simple water.

DOOR ADJUSTMENT

After having installed your new cab, you may need to adjust the door locking by adjusting the attachment of

the door latch. This operation must be carried on each time the cab is mounted.

To maintain a good efficiency of the locks, we strongly suggest not to operate the tractor with the doors

opes, since the vibrations could damage the hinges.

HEATING/VENTILATION SYSTEM (water-cooled tractors only)

In order to switch from the heating to the simple ventilation, the operator has to turn off the hydraulic outlet

tap inside the cab.

CLEANING AND CHANGING THE AIR FILTERS

We suggest to clean the intake air filter every 150 working hours with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.

After 1000 working hours, we suggest to completely clean the air system by using compressed air. To access

the system remove the roof (the silicone will have to be removed as well). We suggest to put new silicone

back when mounting the roof again.

We suggest to change the air filter once a year.

Carbon activated filters have a very limited life span. We suggest to use them only when dealing with

special chemical treatments and to use a standard filter for other operations.

Store the activated carbon filter in its package when not in use.

The life span of the filter depends on the working conditions. The mean life span is about 150 working hour

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

To keep the air conditioning effective, please remember to clean the radiator on the roof and keep the gas on

the compressor at level.

To clean the radiator use compressed air. Keep a maximum of 3.5 bar in order not to damage the radiator.

To refill the compressor, do not exceed0.7 Kg. for big compressors and 0.5 for small compressors and do not

put the system under excessive pressure.

For further instructions please refer to the instruction manual of the air conditioning system.

Here is a brief description for the installation of the product.

NB. Refer to the booklet of parts to properly display the pieces. B = Check if there are special considerations for the version of your machine before starting the

assembly.

A = If the version is not mentioned in paragraph (B) follow these steps:

Disassemble completely front and rear roll bars, the arrows, oblò splash guards anterior (right and left) and climb handles that are located on the wings (left and right).

Place the bench (7) posterior taking the bottom plates in the same position of the 'roll-coupling of the original bar. Use the original screws to lock it.

Position the anterior bracket (22) on the base of the front roll-bar to the taking 'of the machine outside the silent-block pre-assembled. (both right and left) and secure with screws 12x30.

Raise the car using the appropriate hooks and anchor it on the machine doing to support the platforms' s entrance to the platform (* holding the original rubber if present). * 2008 is necessary for the machines, since there is no original on the rubber mat, place mats, rice grain prior to placement of the cabin. Attach the brackets joining the cab of a cantilever beam posterior to the silent-blocks, mounted above, the bench by screws 12x70.

REAR BRACKET Attach the brackets to the ANTERIOR cabin with cantilever brackets, welded before, on the front with screws 12x70. At the center of vibration dampers mounted above.

Push the car to obtain the maximum closure of the seal around the rear fender. Also make sure that this will continue to guarantee the right side parallel to the left side of the cab on the platform. Drill holes in the platform to work 'height of the existing holes on the platforms' s entrance and use the screws 12x40 (No. 2 for the no-drill anywhere else).

Obtained the optimum location of the cabin tighten the screws of the front brackets hours, and the rear of the platform.

In this way, the cabin is completely anchored to the car.

Check the correct opening and closing of doors and, if necessary, adjust the lock through the slot.

• Screw in from 'outside the closures less (21) to the front of the welded plate (where drilling is thought to have a better grip) and at both left and right arrows on the appropriate mount bracket welded previously. • Place the inner rear end (38) placing it in the structure of the machine and fixing it to the transom of the cabin with self-tapping screws supplied. • Place mats over the platforms' s input. Place the plate on the left side of the mast to fix it (make sure it does not interfere with the opening of the glass). In this operation, you must be careful not to be because, once you are done editing, crushed in any way, the wire d 'lighting.

CLOSURES FOR LEVERS. USING THE BRUSHES

COATING OPTIONAL:

If you are the interior trim to proceed in this order: place finishes starting platform (low) and leaving the top free excess. The top is held tightly and crushed the cab once declined. To deliver the attachment or at the discretion of the POP you can paste them.

At the end of the wire connecting the 'power to the starter of the cab of the tractor.

For cabins with heating (optional) remember that:

• Need to connect the hose to the pump discharge water from the cab of the tractor (the tube that comes in a hundred forward). SEE PHOTO

• Need to connect the return pipe to the cap which is located near the 'mouth of the pipe (the pipe coming out the far right bottom)

At the end of it all turn on the engine and let it warm up (at least 5 min.). Once the temperature shut down and wait at least 10 min. to cool. You then have to top up the water in the radiator.

B = MACHINE FOR VERSIONS PRIOR TO 2010 DO THESE TIPS:

For cabin-mounted machine NEW HOLLAND:

- Under the platforms' s entrance to the cab insert plate thickness. Should be included by matching the shape of the platforms in the amount of sp 3 pieces per side. 10mm. Screws are supplied dates TE M 12X70 No. 4 (TE instead of screws M 12x40) - The 'anchor front of the cabin is through the hole on the bracket welded to the front (and not through the' loop present). The washer should be used so trimmed. - For perfect closure of the lid to insert the gasket adhesive.

For cabin-mounted machine LANDINI or / and Mc. Cormick: - The front anchor brackets are different. That be inserted based on the roll bar is fitted to SX thick welded to 'internal one that is inserted DX has no thickness welded.
