You can look for groups by:

Looking for a group by your location: To find groups right in your own back yard you simply type in your hotel address and it is going to pull up your

hotel on the map. Down the left it lists the groups closest to your hotel with meeting needs.

To view more results for groups in the area go to the next page and the results are going to fan out by location.

Group and Event Details - To view details click on a group and it takes you to their location on the map

- You are going to be able to view their address, number of events they have held and their star rating.

When setting up your service you select the importance level of several

different key indicators and you match them up to your property. Based on what it is that you

select, a star rating will be generated so you can quickly see how compatible a group is going

to be for your property.

Previous Event History

When clicking on the past events tab you will be able to see where their previous events have been held, the day the event took place, the estimated number of attendees, the amount of

catered space used, the amount of meeting space used and to verify the information simply click on the link to the images and you will see the reader board where the information was

found.

Group and Event Planner Contact Information

When clicking on the overview it is going to bring up any phone numbers, addresses, and event planner information that we have on file.

The most recent and up to date contact is going to be at the top and then they fade off to grey the older that they get.

Advanced Search Options: The advanced search options are going to allow you to look for groups by industry or market segment, group location, number of consecutive days the events are taking place, days of the week used, amount of meeting space or catered space used, date ranges, hotels used in past, amenities used or property types used.
