Brett Dormamen picked up the win on the hill, strik- ing out seven while get- ting tagged for five hits and three runs (0 earned runs) in seven innings. Etter pitched two innings in relief giving up a walk, a hit and a run and striking out three. Drew Rasmussen closed the game, giving up two hits and a run (unearned). Urbank scored one in the first frame and two more in the second to go ahead 3-0. That lead held until the fifth when the Relics got back into the game. Jack Kern started it off with a walk and then Midway pitcher Brad Lusti held on to the ball after tagging Nimrod's Cody Pulju at the plate to save a run. Midway won the contest, 10-6. Midway had a 6-2 lead after one inning and were still up 8-3 after four complete. The Snurdbirds then put the game away with a five-run effort in the fifth. The Wolf Pack scored two runs down the stretch, just enough to stave off the 10-run-rule, but not near enough to affect the outcome.

Etter pitched two innings in relief giving up a walk, a hit and a run and striking out three. Drew Rasmussen closed the game, giving up two hits and a run (unearned).

By Roy RudderforthOn Saturday, the Menahga-

Sebeka Relics baseball team came back from a three-run early inning deficit to edge

the Urbank Goldtimers, 7-6 in eight innings.

Urbank scored one in the first frame and two more in the second to go ahead 3-0.

That lead held until the fifth when the Relics got back into the game. Jack Kern started it off with a walk and then

Midway pitcher Brad Lusti held on to the ball after tagging Nimrod's Cody Pulju at the plate to save a run. Midway won the contest, 10-6.
