RAW MATERIAL FOR THE PRODUCTUION/MANUFACURE.

1. THE FIRM SHALL ENSURE THAT ALL THE RAW MATERIAL REQUIRED FOR MANUFACTURING OF THE STORES ORDERED SHALL BE INSPECTED FROM A NABL APPROVED LAB IN RESPECT OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION & PHYSICAL PARAMETER.

2. THE ABOVE WILL BE AUTHENTICATED/VERIFIED BY THE INSPECTOR DEPUTED BY OFK.

3. SUCH APPROVED MATERIAL SHOULD BE BONDED/SEALED AND A RECORD OF USAGE DURING MANUFACTURING SHALL BE PRODUCED ON DEMAND.

4. WHENEVER NECESSARY THE CONTROL WILL BE EXERCISED JOINTLY BY THE INSPECTOR AND MANUFACTURER

5. WHENEVER THE SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTS/OUT

SOURCES THE COMPONENTS, SIMILAR SYSTEM

SHALL BE APPLICABLE WHERE RESPONSIBILITY

SHALL BE RESTING WITH THE SUPPLIER.

6. DETAILS OF THESE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED

TO BE PRODUCED.

ORDNANCE FACTORY OR INSPECTOR MAY

ASK THE SUPIER FOR ANY SUCH RECORD OF

TESTING OF THE RAW MATERIAL THUS USED FOR

THE MANUFACTURE OF THE ORDERED STORE.

PRODUCTION, PROCESS CONTROL & PRE-INSPECTION DOCUMENTS.

THE SUPPLIER WILL FURNISH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE UNDERTAKING THE PRODUCTION AND SUPPLIER IS DUTY BOUND TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTS TO THE INSPECTING OFFICER.

1. RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION REPORT FROM NABL APPROVED LAB.

2. AVAILABILITY OF QUALITY PLAN DOCUMENTS NAMELY PROCESS SCHEDULE,GAUGE SCHEDULE etc AND AVAILABILITY OF THE CALIBRATED GAUGES AND MEASURING INSTRUMENTS

3. DIMENSIONAL REPORT CONFIRMING ALL THE SCHEDULED GAUGES INCLUDING CRITICAL DIMENSION INSPECTION OF FEW COMPONENTS PERFORMANCE.

4. ANY OTHER QUALITY RELATED DOCUMENT AT THE DESCRETION OF THE INSPECTOR.

METHODOLOGY OF THE INSPECTION.

BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS, THE INSPECTORS SHALL CARRY OUT INSPECTION AS PER THE STATISTICALLY RANDOM SAMPLE BASIS/100% BASIS AS APPROPRIATE AND CARRY OUT GAUGING

TESTING/ MEASUREMENT OF THE COMPONENTS.

HE SHALL ALSO CARRY OUT CRITICAL EXAMINATION OF FEW COMPONENTS. BASED ON THE MERIT OF RESULTS, ACCEPTANCE OR OTHERWISE OF THE PRODUCT SHALL BE DECIDED UPON BY THE INSPECTOR.

PACKING

THE SUPPLIER SHALL ENSURE THAT THE

INSPECTED MATERIALS ARE PACKED IN

PRESENCE OF INSPECTOR WHO SHALL ARRANGE

TO PUT A SEAL OF ACCEPTANCE FOR DESPATCH.

IT SHALL ALSO BE ENSURED BY SUPPLIER THAT

THE MATERIAL IS PACKED IN TRANSIT WORTHY

PACKING TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE/

DETERIORATION OF QUALITY DURING TRANSIT.
