A Word about the Inland Children’s Chorus

After sixteen consecutive Christmas performances

with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra the Inland

Children’s Chorus this year asked for sabbatical leave

from the symphony concert calendar.

Note: The Chorus would rejoin the Dayton PhilharmonicOrchestra as part of the World Premier of the StagePresentation of Benjamin Britten’s “Miracle ofSt. Nicholas” on December 20, 1953.
