Guillermo Castillowas from Pangasinan studied Philosophy at UP became an editor of Pio Calicas’s Philippines –
an elegant prewar magazine one of the chief exponents of free verse in the
Philippines during the WWII He has an unpublished collection of verses
entitled “Filipino, Unlimited”
