Disaster information management to support other voluntary organizations, the

Government, Army and other Governmental Forces active in disasters

WE OPERATE

Two online facilities Daily Coordination Unit to maintain our status

and manage operations short of an activation The Emergency Operations Center to do the

mission during disasters and emergencies

WHY TRAINING?

As volunteer disaster and emergency responders we must do our jobs to the same professional standards as paid responders

Our mission requires ability to use complex systems and apply a broad knowledge of disaster response

The organizations we support and the victims of disaster deserve high quality support

THE REQUIREMENT

Complete the online training course and any other courses to be announced by the Command

One shift of at least one week’s duration as a Watch Officer during routine operations

Participation in one exercise or actual disaster in the Daily Coordination Unit supervised by a Watch Officer

Always vigilant, always ready to defend

QUALIFICATION

Basic and Expert survival techniques Register with a shooting club and practice

regularly Your uniform is your responsibility Scenario assignment Accept that we are a volunteer organization

and we all work as volunteers Be loyal and respect your superiors in Rank

and all other members of staff

YOUR CHALLENGE

Complete all the required forms and send to Command Office

Complete any other tasks allocated by the Commanding Officer

Start working toward Operationally Ready Remain vigilant at all times Report any incidents even those related to

terrorism
