THE THREE AUTHORS OF SOUTH AFRICAN CRAFT BEER BOOKS
There are three books on Craft Beer available in South Africa done by locals. Lucy Corne did a book
in 2013, then Jacques van Zyl and Holger Meier did books in 2014. Melanie Nieuwoudt did her PhD
on fermentation.
The good news is that all three of these authors will attend the
Festival and participate in the different presentations over the
two days.
Not only will their books be available to buy but they will share valuable information on the process
and art of craft beer, beer types, breweries and the love for the craft beer
industry.
This is the first time ever that these three
authors of the only beer books on South
African Craft Beer and Breweries will be
together at one
Festival.
