CUSTOMER: A person who has subscribed to any one of INFINii’s membership

levels of Prime, Surge or Excel.

PARTNER: A customer of INFINii who has elected to participate in the INFINii

Rewards Program.

PERSONAL ENROLLMENT TREE (PET): Every new Customer or Partner you

personally enroll creates a new line of Personal Enrolment Tree (PET), lineage

direct to you. There is no limit to how many personally enrolled Partners

(lineages) you can have.

PERSONALLY ENROLLED: A person that is sponsored directly by an active

Partner and joins INFINii as either a Customer, Partner or both.

BUSINESS VOLUME BV: Point value assigned to a product, service or monthlysubscription, used for calculating Partner commissions.

PERSONAL ACTIVITY BV: A Partner’s personal BV production.

MONTHLY ACTIVITY: To be qualified to earn within the Rewards Plan, specific

ranks require different personal BV amounts that may be met through monthly

membership subscription or ecommerce activities.

CARRY-OVER BV: Business Volume within the Dual Team Structure that is

“carried-over” to the next pay period. This occurs on the Strong (Power) Team.

Your Dual Team is made up of every Customer and

Partner placed within your business either by yourself,or by other Partners above you (upline) or below you

(downline). The Dual Team Bonus compensates you

as BV is generated by your downline teams. (No BV is

generated on Partner Fees or Partner Plus Fees).

Each Dual Team placement structure has two sides, a

Left Team and a Right Team, either of which can be the

Strong (Power) Team or the Lesser (Pay) Team for anygiven commissionable period.

Depending on your Rank, the INFINii Rewards Plan

allows Partner’s to earn up to $50,000 weekly based

on a payout of 10% to a maximum of 20% of the BV

generated on the Lesser Team to unlimited depth.

MAX PET: The maximum amount of BV from any one personally enrolled line of lineage

within your PET (Personal Enrollment Tree) that can be used for rank advancement BV

requirements at any given rank.

LESSER TEAM MINIMUM BV ACCORDING TO RANK: The minimum BV that must be

achieved on your lesser team within a calendar month for a given rank. Your lesser team BVhas no PET requirement other than one personally enrolled customer with 50 BV. Therefore

‘spill-over’ BV (enrolments from upline), may be counted towards meeting lesser team

monthly minimum BV requirements.

LESSER TEAM: When BV accumulates on a Partner’s right and left team, the team with the

lesser BV in any given commissionable pay period is considered to be the Partner’s “lesser”

team or “pay” team. This “lesser” or “pay” team designation can switch between the right

and left teams depending on which team has lower BV amount in any given week.

STRONGER (POWER) TEAM: The Left or Right team within a Dual Team structure, which

has higher BV total in any given weekly pay period.

LIFETIME RANK: The highest rank achieved by a Partner.

“PAID AS” RANK: The rank at which a Partner is paid at according to rank qualifications in

any given week or month, regardless their of lifetime rank.

WEEKLY REWARDS CAP: In any given category of the Rewards Plan this is the maximum

amount that a Partner may be paid in accordance with their rank.

SPILL-OVER: Partners and customers who are positioned within your Dual Team structure

by either your sponsor or upline Partners. Spill-over enrolments are not part of your PET.

Spill-over is not guaranteed and a Partner should not count on receiving spill-over

enrolments in their strategic plan for building their business.
