Prior to joining the firm Steven held a variety of leadership roles with four Fortune 500/1000 publiclytraded companies including W.R. Grace & Co., Alcoa, DuPont and BrightView in which he focused on growth,development and restructuring program. He has completed over 70 transactions of varying size with Total EnterpriseValuation in excess of $25 billion spanning a wide range of industries including chemicals, specialty chemicals,specialty materials, manufacturing, industrial biosciences/enzymes, coatings, building products, packaging, printing,distribution, agriculture, nutrition, food ingredients, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, business services, commerciallandscaping, restaurants and retail.

He has a proven aptitude in using strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills to deliverwinning engagement solutions and strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.

Marc has spent over thirty years working on Wall Street as a corporate lawyer, investment banker and asset manager.In those roles Marc has worked with hundreds of companies and capital providers from small entrepreneurialbusinesses to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes raising equity and debt in both the public and privatecapital markets, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and corporate balance sheet restructurings.

Prior to joining Young America, Marc was a Managing Director for Avenue Capital group, one of the largest globalinvestors in corporate debt. At Avenue, Marc was responsible for all of Avenue’s investments in chemicals, materials,paper, packaging, building and construction materials and energy sectors. In his roles he invested over $2 billion inover 50 companies, managed acquisitions and divestitures, led corporate balance sheet restructuring and negotiatedbank refinancing and covenant waivers.

Prior to working at Avenue, Marc worked at Salomon Smith Barney and predecessor firms as an investment banker. AtSalomon, Marc represented industrial manufacturing businesses, building products and construction materialscompanies and homebuilders. His experience included running mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capitalmarket financings.

Marc began his career practicing law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore where he represented large commercial financialinstitutions in syndicated loans and structured finance projects. He received his BS in Industrial Engineering and JDfrom the University of Miami.

Mark is an emerging markets veteran with 25+ years of experience as a corporate financier and advisor. A generalist,he has served sovereigns, institutions and companies across many industries within the context of challengingmarkets.

He started his career and trained at Irving Trust, now BNY Mellon, where he was a lending officer in its LATAM group.Subsequently, he formed part of the decade-long, #1 M&A advisory team in Argentina, BGN-Credit Suisse FirstBoston. Later, he returned to the US and worked in the capital markets unit of the private sector of the Inter-AmericanDevelopment Bank, prior to returning to Argentina to lead the startup of Cohen SBSA’s public market structuredfinance effort which achieved a #3 rank four years after inception. Then, after briefly working in a businessdevelopment capacity at KPMG, he pursued entrepreneurial, principal and academic interests before joining theYoung America Capital team in 2018.

Mark has worked on nearly 20 completed strategic transactions for the transfer of control of assets valued in excess ofUSD 5 billion, a few of which with significant industry import, such as the privatization of Argentina’s Bahia Blancapetrochemical pole.

He earned his BA at Georgetown University and his MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia BusinessSchool. He holds active FINRA 63 & 79 licenses. Mark is bilingual English/Spanish and has working knowledge ofPortuguese.

Peter is an entrepreneur and seasoned financial professional with over 30 years’ experience advising fund managers,family offices and companies. He has been involved in over 300 transactions over the course of his career. He has astrong track record in the financial industry with a focus on originating, executing and managing debt and equityprivate placements, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and corporate finance advisory engagements.

Peter founded Young America Capital in 2009 and has successfully overseen the completion of 120 transactionstotaling $1 billion. He has grown the firm to 65 representatives located throughout the United States covering manyindustries including: Consumer & Retail; Energy & Clean-Tech; Financial Services & Fin-Tech; Industrials, Chemicals& Manufacturing; Life Sciences & Healthcare; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Real Estate; Transportation;Legal Cannabis as well as Fund Marketing and the firm's Latin America business.

Prior to establishing Young America Capital, Peter worked as a buyside deal flow origination director for the SouthernCross Group’s Latin America division. At the Southern Cross Group, Peter played an integral role in the firm’s financialoperations, capital raising and development of the firm’s LP reporting processes. He sourced over $370 million incapital commitments from high net-worth individuals and family offices closing several funds.

Peter co-founded a wealth-focused CPA and advisory firm. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with Spear,Leeds & Kellogg and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
