Our company was founded in 1985 to provide analysis and maintenance services for industrial plants.

Over the years we have always been working with the purpose of delivering integrated services, able to satisfy different and multiple needs of the Customer, while guaranteeing high specialization levels. Today we boast thirty years of experience in the field and we are well known in national and international territory; in addition we actively participate in R&D projects for the creation of innovative solutions also in buildings and environmental sectors.

IMC Service operates in accordance with the quality and safety standards required by the most common international rules and in particular complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Norm for the “Design and delivery of integrated services, checks and supplies in energy and environmental sector”.

The company staff includes specialists with high qualifications and certified skills. In detail:

O U R T E C H N I C I A N S

IMC Service provides integrated services for industrial plants, especially aimed at the optimization of their facilities.Our staff takes charge of the whole process of inspection, analysis and maintenance. Moreover all the results are shared with the Customer through our software applications.

■ Steam-traps & steam lines services: identification and quantification of energy inefficiencies. They range from the inspection of individual steam traps to the optimization plans of the whole steam/condensate lines (Global Service).

■ Air&Gas leaks detection: identification and quantification of leaks of compressed air and other gases, with a subsequent estimate of the repair/rehabilitation costs.

■ Furnaces thermal inspections: thermographic inspections, internal and/or external (by means of specific skills and instrumentation), of operating industrial furnaces.

■ Electrical predictive maintenance: detailed analysis of electrical components (from low tension electrical panels to the highest voltage components), by employing multiple and complementary inspection methods.

■ Other: Spectrographic analysis of varnishes - Aerial video/thermal inspections - Video inspections.

SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS

THERMOGRAPHYOur company guarantees a high specialization level in the use of technologies related to thermography. In addition to our certified training courses (as ITC regional partners) and our instrumentation consultancy (we have a laboratory for the support and the calibration check of thermal cameras), we carry out complex thermographic inspections for several kinds of needs.

ULTRASOUNDS DETECTIONThe experience in the detection of ultrasounds, by means of

contact and airborne equipments, completes our services and

provides a unique value for the Customer. The spectral analysis allows to infer the state of areas or components during their

operation, even if they cannot be directly reached.

Constantly this kind of technology is successfully applied to

leaks detection as well as to checks on high tension electrical components, bearings and valves.

T E C H N O L O G I E S

STEAM PLANTSThanks to our assembly department we provide tailor-made modification and optimization of steam plants, which are specially planned and designed in accordance with the Customer’s improvement programs.On request, we also assemble prefabricated skids for steam lines and for condensate return lines.

THERMOGRAPHIC SYSTEMSWe specialize in the design and development of thermal monitoring systems, both for standard and severe conditions (ATEX areas - marine environment).The integration with our software solutions allows the delivery of turnkey systems that are strictly customized and adapted to the field of application.

PLANTS ENGINEERING

InfraRed-Systems Manager is an integrated software/hardware solution for the management of thermographic systems, aimed at the continuous monitoring of critical areas and/or production processes. It is optimized to work also in hazardous areas and in explosive atmospheres by using ATEX (II 2G Ex px d IIC T5) equipment.The application, adaptable to the different monitoring needs that require thermographic technology, is customizable on request depending on the specifications of the end user.

MAIN VERSIONSIR-SyM TD: for the temperature monitoring of any particular process and for the storage of RAW radiometric data.

IR-SyM VOC: for the detection and the monitoring of VOC leaks in the atmosphere that are made visible thanks to Gas Finder thermal cameras.

IR-SyM SEA: monitoring of marine areas for the detection of possible hydrocarbons spills.

OTHER VERSIONSIR-SyM FD: detection and monitoring of fire in areas at risk.

IR-SyM GA: management of thermal sensors for monitoring areas that are subject to landslides.
