Table confirms Inditex's fast growing business model first presented in InditexAnnual report 2009. for which we can see that has been applied properly. Inditexcontrols a big part of the value generation process, which includes design, production, supply chain management, logistics and retail sales. All of these steps inthe process of producing an item are managed by each brand autonomously, but thesharing of various business matters leads to significant synergies (Inditex Annualreport, 2001).
