This year the Anniversary General Meeting will be over on 18th of December whereas the term of the President should go up to 31st December. In order to remove this ambiguity the Council agreed to modify Rule 25 (vi) as follows:

The new council shall assume office on the first day of each calendar year notwithstanding the date of the conclusion of the Anniversary General Meeting. The outgoing council members will lay the office on 31st December each year.
